Above the Top Event Rentals and Decor is seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to join our team in Irvine, California. As a leader in the event rental and decor industry we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for weddings, corporate events, and luxury celebrations. We are looking for a high-energy individual who can build new business, grow existing accounts and ensure our clients receive top tier service.
Event Sales and Design Position

- Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities through various channels
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.
Create orders and guide the creative design process from quote stage to day of coordination.
Meet directly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event coordination and delivery.
Negotiate contracts and proposals to meet client needs while achieving company goals.
Conduct site visits with ability to produce accurate onsite measurements.
Monitor sales metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent experience will be accepted)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in event planning, hospitality, or event industry.
Canva design skills required (please submit samples of designs)
Photography skills desired to capture event details for social media.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred.
High energy, creativity and a result driven mindset.
