Remote Social Media Engagement & Community Coordinator

BIGGBY COFFEE seeks a Social Media Community & Engagement Coordinator to bridge marketing efforts with franchisee and consumer experiences. Remote with travel, you will manage day-to-day social media execution, content creation, and community engagement while supporting franchisees in maximizing their online presence.
You will publish across platforms, monitor engagement trends, and collaborate with Brand and People Operations on initiatives.
