Job Duties

Reflects our mission: Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client
Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity
Creates a culture of learning, which coaching both current and new CSR staff members
Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch
Produces/Manages branch production reports
Manages branch collections credits and cancels accounts
Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience with Bug House Pest Control; including experience in operational functions
Excellent knowledge of Bug House systems such as Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Acts with integrity by keeping commitments
Serves as a Bug House Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Demonstrate coaching and development ability through strong written and verbal communication
