Core Requirements:

- 10+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience in a technical manufacturing environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree
- Experience within industrial manufacturing or industrial technology organizations in a highly regulated environment
The successful Director of Product Marketing will lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the organization's product portfolio. This executive will oversee Product Management while partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to drive profitable growth, optimize product investments, and strengthen market position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Management and drive portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, and commercial performance
- Develop growth strategies through market analysis, pricing, competitive positioning, and product optimization
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to align product strategy with business objectives
- Lead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization while improving stage-gate execution
- Analyze financial and market performance to identify growth opportunities, optimize profitability, and guide investment decisions
