The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, analyzing, and optimizing based on key performance indicators (KPIs) for email and SMS campaigns in collaboration with colleagues from across the Marketing team and from the Digital team. This person will work closely with the digital marketing lead to drive successful email, SMS, and web marketing strategies.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Design and develop email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversionsDeploy campaigns using email marketing platforms and SMS marketing toolsPublish content on corporate website and customer portalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content teams, to ensure campaign components align with overall campaign goalsTrack and measure campaign performance using analytics tools specific to email and SMSOptimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics for email and SMS channelsReport on KPIs and campaign success for email and SMS campaigns to stakeholdersKnow the company’s brand, products, and customer personasDeliver performance reports to internal stakeholdersEnsure published content aligns with user experience goals, SEO and accessibility standards, and regulatory requirementsStay current on content and digital marketing best practices and techniques for creating effective and engaging contentQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldWork Experience3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email, SMS marketing, and SEOPreferred/Desired:Proficiency in website content management systems, like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) highly preferredExperience using web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and Piwik, to measure website performance, analyze user behavior, identify optimization opportunities, and inform marketing strategy highly preferredFamiliarity with email marketing platforms such as Dynamics and HubSpot highly preferredExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization for email and SMS campaignsKnowledge of email deliverability best practicesFamiliarity with SMS compliance regulationsCertifications in email marketing or SMS marketingHealth Care or Health Plan experience is strongly preferredSkills/Abilities/Competencies:Demonstrate Mass General Brigham Health Plan's core brand principles of always listening, challenging conventions, and providing value.Experience with SMS marketing tools and platformsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive email and SMS campaign optimizationAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyBring fresh ideas forward by listening to and working with employees and the people we serve.Strong, demonstrated track record of the ability to execute on time, on budget, and within scope.Additional Job Details (if applicable)Working ConditionsThis is a hybrid role that requires onsite team meetings at Assembly Row, Somerville 1x/quarterRemote workdays require a stable, secure, quiet, and compliant workspaceRemote TypeHybridWork Location399 Revolution DriveScheduled Weekly Hours40Employee TypeRegularWork ShiftDay (United States of America)Pay Range$79,560.00 - $115,720.80/AnnualGrade7At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
