Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a book of employee benefits business targeting middle‑market employers (100–2500 employees)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DC Metro market
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners
Conduct needs assessments and benefits plan analysis
Present comprehensive employee benefits solutions including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary lines
Collaborate with internal teams across account management, compliance, and operations
Cross‑sell across Benefits, P&C, and Executive Lines platforms
Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates
Qualifications Active Life & Health license
Proven new business development track record in employee benefits
Middle‑market account experience – groups in the 100–2500 employee range
Established relationships with employers and HR decision‑makers in the DC Metro area preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition
