The New York Times is seeking a visionary, deeply collaborative Books Editor to lead the Books desk, defining and executing the editorial strategy for The Book Review while steering the evolution of our coverage across website, app, newsletters, audio, video and social platforms.
You will manage editors, critics and contributors, oversee book selections, develop new franchises, and ensure diverse voices and high journalistic standards in a fast-moving digital newsroom based in New York.
