In this role the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining deep customer relationships to drive growth and account revenue retention for some of our Asset Manager Clients! By collaborating with internal partners, the Account Manager delivers exceptional service and a valuable solution. The position will run a defined book of Asset Management business within a geography and will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals. You will also open up larger solution opportunities and introduce Solution and Proposition Sales.Role ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate deep understanding of the customer decision maker’s strategies, priorities and needsMaintain solid understanding of Refinitiv propositions to initiate conversations and raise interestBuild and embed a long term trusted advisor relationship with clientsDrive growth by expanding Refinitiv footprint within their accountsFocus on maintaining overall customer engagement and growing and retaining managed net revenueLead all aspects of all commercial activities within accounts, being responsible for the end to end customer relationshipDrive efficiency in account administration (especially for lower value and growth potential accounts)Handle internal and external partners and maintain networks to come to terms with clients and close dealsAccountable and responsible for simple order takingQualifications and Experience RequiredStrong understanding of customers and their business model and workflowsIndustry experience - Asset ManagersStrong product knowledgeRelationship building skillsSelling skills (identity, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative selling)Strong ability to influence clientsStrong listening skills, ability to develop and implement a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiencyProblem solving--ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needsPresentation, and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organizationAbility to collaborate with account teamSignificant work experience in applicable industry and knowledge of customer workflow requiredinterpersonal and collaboration skillsStrong account management, sales or marketing experience in a customer facing environment requiredCustomer relationship management required throughout all levels within an organizationEducation:University/college degree or equivalent work experienceCareer Stage:ManagerCompensation/Benefits Information:LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 - $200,000.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
