IT Field Engineer: Desktop, DC & AV Support

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install, upgrade and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and mobile devices. You will manage device enrollment, configure AV equipment, and provide onsite assistance for client installations and issues in a networked environment.
Responsibilities include documenting requests, maintaining service quality, and communicating with SMEs. Strong customer service and basic networking knowledge are important for success.
