VIP Desktop & AV Support Engineer

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and software in line with established standards.
The role covers hardware/software troubleshooting, IMAC services, VIP support, and AV/conferencing management, with emphasis on DHCP/DNS, Office 365, and inventory control. On-site service and after-hours support are required to ensure SLA adherence.
