As the

Audio Visual Specialist , you'll operate as the sole onsite AV professional while collaborating with a broader team of AV Engineers across the firm. Your work will directly impact attorneys, clients and high-profile meetings every day.

What's the job?
Coordinate and execute audio/video calls across offices, vendors and clients

Set up, operate and break down AV systems for meetings and events

Troubleshoot AV issues in real time to ensure seamless experiences

Consult on AV configurations for meetings and conferences

Manage and maintain AV equipment, including video walls and mixers

Track support requests and escalate complex issues when needed

Edit video recordings and maintain documentation
What's needed?

3+ years of experience as an

Audio Visual Specialist

or similar role

Q-SYS Level 1 certification required (Level 2 preferred)

Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, networking and hardware

Experience with microphones, mixers, lighting and video systems

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed

Excellent communication and client service skills
