Owning the proposal function, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Proposal Manager will manage the opportunity pipeline strategy, lead proposal development, and ensure quality and process improvements while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
Develop and prioritize the firm's opportunity pipeline strategy based on fit and win probability
Lead proposal development, ensuring consistency and quality while creating a comprehensive content library
Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, continuously improving templates and processes to enhance efficiency and win rates
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in AEC proposals/marketing within an engineering or architecture firm
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, architecture, engineering, or a related field
Proven track record of leading complex RFP/RFQ pursuits from start to finish
Experience managing or working within a proposal team
Advanced skills in InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
