AI CX Engagement Lead

Observe.AI in Redwood City is seeking an Engagement Manager for AI Agent deployments to own strategy through execution. You will lead end-to-end delivery of AI Agent programs for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth, high-impact implementations and long-term value.
You will coordinate cross-functional pods, manage risks, track KPIs, and translate AI concepts into business outcomes, presenting to IT and C-suite stakeholders.
