Market Access Manager – Interim Manager
Location: Germany (hybrid / remote options available)

Duration: Interim assignments from 6 months onwards

We are continuously looking for experienced

Interim Market Access Managers

to support our clients across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

Our interim professionals contribute to a wide range of projects, including market access strategy, pricing & reimbursement, launch excellence, stakeholder engagement, health economics, commercial strategy and cross-functional project leadership.

Working closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement and senior management teams, successful candidates help organizations navigate complex market environments and drive strategic business objectives.

Requirements

Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.

Strong background in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Health Economics, Public Affairs and/or Commercial Strategy.

Experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management activities or strategic market access initiatives.

Sound understanding of the German healthcare system, payer landscape and reimbursement pathways.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent communication, analytical and project management capabilities.

Fluency in German and English.
