Role highlights:

Establish and grow the employment law presence in Chester and North Wales, handling high-value Employmentmatters with autonomy. Engage in business development activities to enhance the department’s profile. Manage diverse employment caseloads, including Tribunal claims, and represent clients at Employment Tribunal as appropriate. Collaborate across departments to ensure legal excellence and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE within employment law, currently operating at Senior Associate or Partner level

Strong demonstration of managing own Employment caseload independently and advocating effectively at Tribunals

Client-focused attitude with a drive to develop the local employment law practice

Ability to work independently while being an engaged team player

Positive, approachable personality with a collaborative mindset
