Leading SEO initiatives for small business and LLM optimization, the remote SEO Director will develop and execute strategic SEO plans, manage and mentor the SEO team, and drive A/B testing and CRO efforts to enhance content performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a documented SEO strategy for assigned verticals
Manage and mentor the SEO team to ensure alignment on priorities and professional growth
Design and implement SEO and LLM optimization tests to improve performance
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of SEO experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Experience in an in-house SEO position within publishing or content-focused sites
Proven ability to design and execute SEO tests
Experience with LLM optimization/AEO
