We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support high-impact marketing execution on a Long-term Contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an organized candidate who can keep campaigns, lead workflows, and platform processes running efficiently across several marketing functions. The person in this role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver accurate, timely execution while helping strengthen operational consistency and reporting.
Responsibilities

Manage the full campaign delivery cycle using Marketo, HubSpot, or a comparable automation platform alongside Salesforce, from setup and audience selection through launch, measurement, and performance reporting.
Oversee inbound marketing requests, lead routing activities, and file-based data uploads, including large-volume lists tied to events, webinars, and trade shows.
Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks and support paid demand generation efforts with accurate operational execution and monitoring.
Collaborate with teams across growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, paid media, and content to coordinate timelines, align deliverables, and support campaign goals.
Work with outside marketing operations vendors or agency partners to keep projects moving on schedule and ensure execution meets quality standards.
Review existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies, recommend better processes, and create clear documentation to improve team operations.
Monitor campaign data quality and help maintain dependable records that support reporting, lead management, and downstream marketing activity.
Requirements

Practical experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or another enterprise marketing automation system.
Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM platform used for campaign and lead management.
Demonstrated ability to manage several projects at once while maintaining strong accuracy and follow-through.
Sharp attention to detail with a disciplined approach to campaign setup, data handling, and reporting.
Ability to learn established tools and workflows quickly and become productive in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable adjusting priorities as business needs shift across multiple marketing teams.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in marketing execution, workflow management, or operational tasks.
Familiarity with campaign operations, lifecycle programs, demand generation, or related B2B digital marketing environments.
