DAZN is on a mission to connect fans with their favorite sports, and affiliates are key to that strategy. As we continue to expand our in-house affiliate marketing function, you'll play a key role in growing DAZN's affiliate program across North America. You'll have a chance to build an acquisition channel at scale, working with innovative partners to drive quality traffic and subscriptions. Collaborate with media teams, legal, finance, marketing, and country leads to make affiliate marketing a key contributor to performance. You'll lead the day-to-day execution of DAZN's US affiliate program, overseeing AWIN management and operations including publisher relationships, campaign delivery and affiliate performance while supporting the broader affiliate strategy. You'll help build and optimize the affiliate program, ensuring alignment with business goals. This includes managing publisher performance, supporting campaign planning, evaluating new opportunities and technologies, and delivering best-in-class affiliate execution. The role is both operational and collaborative, requiring strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership. Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000. This is a hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.
What You'll Be Doing:

Help to define and execute an affiliate strategy aligned with commercial targets.
Recruit and nurture new affiliate partners and optimize existing ones.
Manage budgets, commissions, and incentive plans.
Collaborate on creative asset development and ensure brand compliance.
Measure and analyze affiliate performance and report to senior leadership.
Lead affiliate testing and innovation roadmap.
Support integration of affiliate platforms and tracking solutions.
What You'll Bring:

Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within media or gaming.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of CPA/CPL/Rev Share models.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proven experience leading global affiliate strategies.
Data-driven mindset with experience using affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
Understanding of gambling compliance.
