The Customer Success Support Specialist will serve as the primary Help Desk contact, handling inbound calls and emails, creating Jira tickets, and documenting interactions to drive adoption and retention.
The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Technical teams to escalate issues, manage RMAs, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
