Technical Writing Team Lead

Leading a team of technical writers, the full-time Technical Writing Team Lead will drive the vision and execution of technical content across the enterprise product line, focusing on AI process automation and strategic alignment with product releases while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities

Drive AI process automation by integrating AI tools and workflows into the technical writing lifecycle
Lead and manage a team of technical writers, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
Establish quality standards and editorial processes to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical writing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, including team management
Demonstrated experience applying AI tools and automated content pipelines in technical documentation
Ability to translate complex software architecture and APIs into user-friendly documentation
Proven experience collaborating with Product Management to deliver high-impact documentation projects
Strong track record in defining documentation strategies and managing multi-project deliverables in agile environments
