Schedule and conduct all rehearsals. Audition, teach and train participants for All-State and Sole-Ensemble Festival Perform publicly outside of home-school environment. Provide instrumental music for graduation ceremonies if such ceremonies are conducted and required. Maintain records, reports and inventories as may be required and submit required information by designated time. Accept advice and suggestions in a constructive manner. Attend music in-services, workshops, conferences and meetings outside of school time, during the academic year as required to meet obligations. Perform at traditional school musical functions as required by the principal. Coordinate all activities with the school principal. Observes all rules and regulations of the SSAC and observes all county policies. Exercise due caution as to safety of students. Maintain good public relations with parent and community groups. Participate in invitational parades and festivals. Participate and assumes a fair share of responsibility for implementing All-County Band Festival. May attend state music conferences (WVMEA) (Saturday only).
