Proposal & Bid Coordinator: Drive RFP Success

Summit Line Construction, Inc. in Heber City, Utah seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department with bid management company-wide. You will organize proposal documents, track deadlines, and ensure on-time, client-ready deliverables.
You’ll coordinate with estimators, PMs, safety, and QA/QC to unify content and meet formatting standards. The role reports to the Estimating team, with a training period in Heber and 1–2 days per week in Heber after the period.
