SUMMARY:
Administer company social media accounts by creating original captions and content while managing posts and responding to followers. Act on behalf of the company to achieve marketing goals and express company views creatively through verbal and non-verbal communication both on and off camera.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for social media accounts’ layouts such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including profiles, pictures, and layout
Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Recommend and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Research and apply new digital technologies and social media trends, design tools and applications
Act as representative for the company with external agencies, influencers, and PR firms to coordinate campaigns, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and brand requirements
Maintain a strong, creative, and engaging social media presence to engage viewers directly to drive sales growth
Develop creative, engaging, shareable, content-driven stories, relying on creativity, memorable storytelling, and unique perspectives
Compose and produce unique and captivating stories
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Utilize current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Develop goals, track, report, and present Key Performance Indicators for each social media account
Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication
Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent years’ of directly related experience; and,
Two (2) years experience in social media or digital marketing; and,
Two (2) years experience in content creation
Knowledge of:
Online marketing channels
Social, Generative AI, & digital technologies
Social media trends
SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Sales and marketing principles
Skilled in:
Using computer hardware, including keyboard, mouse, monitor, and related hardware
Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to:
Work with web design
Demonstrate creative skill in a team environment
Apply detailed review of work
Organize multiple project deadlines simultaneously
Research to solve problems and make decisions using best judgment

Activities will involve frequent sitting, using a computer, analyzing large amounts of data, communicating verbally and in writing. Move and operate presentation equipment. Travel to and from meetings and various locations inside and outside the building.

The work environment is frequently within an office setting with low to moderate noise, LED lighting, and temperature control while working alongside large groups of employees in cubicle spaces. Incumbents will attend various business meetings and events inside and outside of the buildings.Occasional exposure to the manufacturing and distribution plant consisting of moving mechanical parts or heavy machinery, vibrations, fumes, unpleasant odors, dust, poor ventilation, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and moderate to loud noise while in the plant or traveling for work.
