Onsite Fiber Line Production Leader

Ashley Furniture Industries is hiring a Fiber Line Supervisor at our Mississippi facility. You will oversee daily fiber line operations, ensuring production schedules, quality targets, and safety standards are met.
This role serves as the link between management and frontline workers to drive productivity and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, 2+ years in supervision, and a background in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
