Remote Member Experience Escalation Lead

TX Health Benefits Pool is seeking a Member Experience Escalation Advocate/Team Lead to resolve highly complex service escalations from members, Benefit Coordinators, Member Service Advocates, Marketing staff and other TX HB stakeholders.
