Marketing Manager

About the role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for stewardship of the pFriem brand and driving long term growth through the development of strategies that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement. The Marketing Manager supports the Sales and Marketing Director by aligning sales and marketing priorities and translating company goals into clear, executable marketing initiatives that uphold our core values.

This role also plays a key part in evolving pFriem beyond craft beer into a timeless, premium Pacific Northwest brand rooted in quality, culture, place, and experience.

You are hard-working, detail oriented, and able to work well in a busy but efficient brewery. You are self-motivated, capable of multitasking effectively, and able to work with a sharp focus and tidiness.

You work well with others
You enjoy working with others who share a passion for beer, quality, and innovation. Let’s be honest, you spend a lot of time with your colleagues, and you deserve to work with great people. You like to grab a shift beer with the people you work with and care about your co-workers.

You are a juggling master
Work in a production brewery can sometimes be hectic, no matter how well we plan, and how good our team is. You don’t get fired up under pressure, and know how to prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude. You know how to ask for help and how to manage tasks and emotions when it’s go-time.

5 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, and promotion

2 years of experience managing people

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Beverage alcohol experience preferred

Broad knowledge and experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media marketing, and event planning

Experience working in competitive, team first environment

Self-driven, organized, and flexible to grow and learn new systems and processes

Proven creative capability and experience working with creative agencies and partners

Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

The ideal candidate is in the Columbia River Gorge, Portland, or SW Washington

You get to work in one of the most stunning locations in the PNW! pFriem is located at the Hood River Waterfront Park with epic views of the Columbia River Gorge. Mt.
