Repair Station Manager

SkillSetGroup is looking for an experienced FAA Repair Station Manager to work in the LA South Bay area.

This position will be responsible for day‑to‑day oversight of a team of repair mechanics in an FAA Repair facility. The chosen candidate must have past leadership experience under FAA Part 145 compliance and hold an A&P Mechanic license. Experience with rotary aircraft maintenance and repairs is also a must.

This will be a 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE role.

Hours:

730AM-4PM, with OT.

Details:

Oversee a team of 15-18 repair & overhaul mechanics.

Daily scheduling and prioritizing of work orders and repairs.

Training and mentorship of mechanics.

Work with management to ensure proper maintenance, documentation, & compliance under FAA Part 145 guidelines.
