SUMMARY The Brand & Marketing Operations Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the operational rhythm behind all brand marketing and creative initiatives. This role serves as the central project management and operations lead across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and external agency partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. They are responsible for ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through execution, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and communication while providing visibility into priorities, risks, and progress.
This role is critical to creating a disciplined operating cadence that enables teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
