Set clear goals, provide coaching, and build succession depth across the team

Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration

Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, PR, experiential) and hold them to a high performance bar

Represent the marketing function in cross-departmental leadership forums, including with league operations, communications, and revenue teams

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership

Act as a trusted partner to the CMO, contributing to global marketing strategy and League-wide brand decisions

Build strong working relationships with member clubs/franchises to align regional and local marketing efforts
