Leading the editorial development and quality assurance of educational and clinical resources, the full-time remote Editorial Services Manager will manage the complete editorial lifecycle for print and digital publications while collaborating with various teams and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational standards and strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement editorial policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures for all publications
Oversee multiple publication projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Monitor publication metrics and recommend improvements to enhance editorial processes and publication quality
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Publishing, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
Five or more years of progressively responsible editorial or publishing experience
Experience managing multiple publication projects from concept through production
Strong editorial judgment and advanced copyediting and proofreading skills
Experience developing editorial standards or style guides and working with volunteer authors or subject matter experts
