NA (Non-Alcoholic) Brand Manager

Job Title: Non-Alcoholic (NA) Brand ManagerReports To: Senior NA Brand ManagerFLSA Status: ExemptClassification: Full TimeJob Summary: The NA Brand Manager is an entry level role that will be responsible for all aspects of the non-alcoholic (NA) brand portfolio within Southern Crown Partners. This role focuses on education, training, and market execution to increase awareness and sales of NA brands. The goal is to grow NA brands within the Southern Crown portfolio.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties/Responsibilities:Highly self-motivated and able to work flexible hours (days, nights, and weekends).Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrate leadership, and possess strong planning, follow-up, and communication skills.Conduct internal training on NA brands.Responsibilities include NA resets, product samplings, festival participation, internal training, market rides, and sales team support.Make daily sales calls on targeted accounts to drive distribution and support new product features and samplings.Conduct in-market sampling and staff training.Participate in weekly market rides/team sells to educate sales personnel and close distribution gaps.Build and maintain relationships within the market.Attend all sales segment meetings to provide NA updates, opportunities, feedback, and analysis. based on market observations and sales data.Provide detailed, structured recaps to NA Brand Director daily and weekly.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.Represents SCP’s commitment to excellence through PARTNERS values.Education/Experience:Previous experience in brand management, sales, or related field preferred.Physical Requirements:Administrative – 20%Walking, bending, lifting, and twisting – 80%Note: Job descriptions are not intended and should not be constructed to be exhaustive lists of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with a job.
