Lead Benefits Strategist — Data-Driven, Open Enrollment

Flexton Inc. in the Bay Area is seeking a Lead Benefits Analyst to lead strategy, design, and ongoing optimization of our health, welfare, and retirement programs.
You will partner with Finance, Legal, and HR Technology to ensure regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making, while mentoring other analysts. This full-time role is based in Oakland, CA, with regular stakeholder collaboration.
