A leading strategic advisory firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences is seeking a Director, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations to support innovative public and private companies across the biotech, pharmaceutical, medtech, and healthcare sectors.This role is ideal for a communications professional who can navigate complex scientific and financial narratives, advise senior executives, and help organizations effectively engage with investors, analysts, media, and other key stakeholders.The successful candidate will play a central role in developing integrated communications and investor relations programs for companies at various stages of growth and commercialization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic corporate communications and investor relations programsAdvise executive leadership teams on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagementSupport earnings communications, financing announcements, transactions, and other corporate milestonesBuild compelling narratives that resonate with investors, analysts, media, and industry audiencesDevelop and refine corporate messaging, presentations, investor materials, and thought leadership contentMonitor industry trends, market activity, and competitive developmentsCultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare and investment communitiesSupport business development and contribute to firm growth initiativesQualifications:7+ years of experience in corporate communications, investor relations, public relations, financial communications, or strategic advisoryHealthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, medtech, life sciences, or healthcare investment experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of capital markets and investor communicationsExceptional writing, presentation, and executive counseling skillsExperience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneouslyAgency, consulting, in-house corporate communications, or investor relations experience welcomeEOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
