Marketing Graphic DesignerFabuwood is seeking a dynamic, creative, and motivated Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department at our HQ in Newark. This role offers the opportunity to create compelling brand experiences, develop high-quality visual content, and support marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign marketing materials that align with Fabuwood's brand identity and support dealer/showroom sales effortsCreate digital assets for campaigns ensuring consistency across all platformsAssist in developing layouts for trade show materials, banners, signage, and promotional displaysCollaborate with senior designers to execute creative concepts from initial brief through final productionEnsure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, including approved colors, fonts, logos, and messagingPrepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers to ensure accurate color reproduction and production qualityAssist with packaging design elements and product literature updates as new cabinet lines or finishes are introducedStay current on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to marketing initiativesTake direction and incorporate feedback efficiently while managing multiple projects under deadline pressureSkills & RequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and other image editing toolsExperience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and other design platformsStrong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual design principlesComfortable using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Flow, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML)Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray for 3D modeling and scene creationAbility to produce hyper-realistic renderings for marketing, product presentations, and visual storytellingStrong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedInAbility to create or adapt content for various social platformsFamiliarity with current social media trends, reels, and short-form video contentHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedComfortable receiving feedback and collaborating in a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesExperience RequiredBackground in interior design, architecture, furniture design, or a related fieldFamiliarity with cabinetry, material finishes, color palettes, and spatial designWorking with files such as floorplans, renderings, and 3D modelsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing and 5+ years in a related field (or equivalent experience)Portfolio showcasing graphic design work and examples of 3D modeling and photorealistic renderingsBenefitsWeekly PayCompany Matching 401(k) ProgramHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysAbout FabuwoodFabuwood is the leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer in the United States.
