Hilbert's AI is seeking a resourceful Talent Sourcer to own our recruiting pipeline. You will proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent across Product, Engineering, Growth, and GTM, while supporting interview scheduling and partnering with a Talent Partner.
This fully remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States and involves collaborating with hiring managers to translate needs into sourcing strategies and pipelines.
