Applicants for the President, Art Business position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role within the art market, with at least 3 years' specifically in sales team management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the $1M+ art market, be adept at people management and development, and possess a direct, low-ego communication style.
