Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director

LCB Senior Living is seeking an experienced Sales Director in Reading, MA to lead our senior living sales efforts at The Residence at Pearl Street. You will educate families about LCB options and guide them through the decision process to choose our community as their new home.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of consumer-based sales experience in senior living or related fields, excellent verbal communication, CRM proficiency, and a track record of meeting quarterly targets.
