Stórica Studio is seeking a Senior Custom Jewelry Consultant to join our Seattle showroom. This role is focused on guiding clients through the custom jewelry process—from initial consultation through final delivery—while providing a thoughtful, organized, and welcoming experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is both highly organized and deeply client-focused, with the ability to build trust, manage complex projects, and help clients create meaningful, enduring pieces.

Responsibilities

Lead custom jewelry consultations, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and bespoke projects

Guide clients through stone selection, design options, timelines, and pricing

Help clients make informed design decisions that balance aesthetics, durability, and long-term wearability

Serve as the primary point of contact for custom clients throughout the project lifecycle

Track and manage custom orders to ensure clear communication and timely completion

Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive showroom experience

Maintain detailed and accurate client records and order documentation

Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and overall client experience

Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in fine jewelry sales, preferably involving custom jewelry or engagement rings

Strong understanding of jewelry design principles, including stone setting styles, proportions, and structural considerations

Ability to guide clients in creating pieces that are both beautiful and durable for long-term wear

Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple custom projects simultaneously

Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented approach to client service

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Preferred Experience

Experience working with custom engagement rings and bespoke jewelry projects

Knowledge of diamonds and colored gemstones, including cut, quality, and pricing factors

Experience working in a small business, studio, or boutique environment

Details

Status: Full-time or part-time

Location: Seattle, WA (on-site required)

Schedule: Wed - Saturday required.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus commission, commensurate with experience
