Head of In-House Programmatic Display & Video

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Director of Programmatic Display & Video to build Groundworks’ in-house programmatic function from the ground up in Irving, TX. You will own DSP selection, data/integration setup, audience strategy, and scale investment as performance proves itself.
You will personally execute campaigns across DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360), lead a team over time, and report progress to senior leadership.
