Director, In-House Programmatic Display & Video

Groundworks, LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Director, Programmatic Display & Video to build Groundworks’ in-house programmatic function from the ground up. This role owns the full lifecycle from DSP selection to audience targeting, with a hands-on approach.
You will lead a team over time, set strategy across display, video and native, manage budgets, and establish measurement and attribution in partnership with analytics.
