Job DescriptionProduct Marketing Manager – Colors, North America - Erlanger, KY (or applicable location)This is an exempt level position.Position Summary:Are you passionate about translating market insights into growth opportunities and bringing innovative ingredient solutions to life? ADM is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our Colors from Nature portfolio across North America. In this role, you will partner closely with commercial, technical, innovation, communications, and market insights teams to drive business growth across food, beverage, health & wellness, and animal nutrition segments. You will play a key role in shaping product positioning, supporting commercialization efforts, and delivering marketing programs that create measurable business impact.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and market penetration for the Colors from Nature portfolioServe as the subject matter expert for the Colors portfolio, providing market intelligence and strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze customer needs, industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities to support business decision-makingLead the annual North America marketing plan, including campaign development, content strategy, paid media initiatives, and performance measurementDefine, monitor, and report key performance indicators to evaluate marketing effectiveness and support continuous improvementSupport commercialization initiatives by developing go-to-market strategies, launch plans, positioning, messaging, and value propositionsPartner with global branding, communications, and design teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messagingDevelop sales enablement tools including presentations, product sheets, sell sheets, customer-facing materials, and event support assetsCollaborate with Product Development, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to influence innovation strategy and support new product initiativesRepresent ADM and the Colors from Nature brand at industry events, customer engagements, media opportunities, and trade showsRequired Skills:Strong B2B product marketing experience with demonstrated success developing and executing marketing programsAbility to translate market insights into actionable marketing and business strategiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilitiesExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build collaborative relationshipsStrong project management and organizational skills with attention to detailCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to balance commercial, technical, and marketing prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsEducation Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.Required Experience:Minimum of 5 years of product marketing, brand management, or related marketing experienceExperience within the food, beverage, ingredients, nutrition, or related industryExperience supporting product launches, commercialization activities, and go-to-market strategiesExperience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating across multiple business functionsDesired Experience:Experience with colors, flavors, natural ingredients, or specialty ingredient categoriesExperience working within a global or matrixed organizationExperience supporting digital marketing campaigns and performance analyticsExperience presenting to customers, industry organizations, or external stakeholdersExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed? Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
