Vice President, Commercial Strategy & ContractingDEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Contracting to serve as a senior commercial leader for DEPCOM's EPC business. This role may be based in Scottsdale, AZ, or another agreed-upon location. The primary function of this role is to lead complex EPC agreement negotiations, shape commercial strategy, and drive alignment with customers and internal stakeholders. This role creates value by structuring mutually beneficial, value creating agreements that appropriately identify, allocate, and price risk while supporting DEPCOM's growth, execution discipline, and long-term customer relationships.
