Flamingo, the growth-focused body, hair, and care brand, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid search and social across Harry’s and Flamingo. You’ll own strategy, creative development, and optimization to drive profitable growth through Meta, Google, and other channels.
You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and work with a cross-functional team including Performance Marketing, Creative Development, and Analytics to expand the customer base and improve ROI.
