Growth Marketing Lead, Paid Social & Search (Beauty)

AS Beauty is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid growth for Bliss and Julep from our New York base. You’ll own day-to-day growth strategy, media investment, and performance across brands, focusing initially on Paid Social and Paid Search.
You’ll move between strategy and hands-on execution, owning the growth engine, testing new channels, and measuring impact with first-party data and platform signals.
