Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a volunteer photographer/videographer to help capture the heart of this event. This is more than just taking pictures—it’s documenting moments of encounter, sisterhood, and God’s presence in the room.
What You’ll Do
Capture candid and meaningful moments throughout the event
Take photos of the panel, attendees, and overall atmosphere
Highlight connection, emotion, and key moments
Provide edited images after the event for use in social media, website, and future promotions
What We’re Looking For
Photographer/videographer with experience (professional or skilled hobbyist)
Own camera and editing capability
Ability to capture authentic, respectful, and emotionally aware content
Comfortable working in a faith-based environment
Reliable, timely, and communicative
Time Commitment
October 10, 2026
Approximately 9:00AM – 3:00PM (includes setup and event coverage)
