Rockwell Automation is seeking a Director of High Velocity Sales (HVS) for North America. The role leads growth, builds a scalable plan for new logos and expansions, and partners across Marketing, CS, Services, and Channel to accelerate ARR.
You will translate strategy into operating rhythm and coach leaders and sellers for peak performance. You will report to the Global Director, HVS and work a hybrid office schedule, traveling 25–50% in US/Canada.
