Z3 Marketing and Communications ManagerThe Z3 Project, an initiative of the Oshman Family JCC, is dedicated to reimagining Jewish engagement through honest dialogue and stronger relationships between Diaspora Jewry and Israel. Founded in 2015, Z3 works across three pillars — the Z3 Institute, Leadership Labs, and Conferences & Events. The Marketing and Communications Manager owns the strategy to promote and grow the Z3 platform and brand.Responsibilities:Translate Z3's organizational priorities into a strategic marketing and communications campaignDevelop, execute, and manage a strategic marketing calendarDrive marketing projects and campaigns from initial brief through completion, coordinating timelines, assets, approvals, and stakeholdersDeliver a coherent, compelling story that increases awareness of Z3's programs, ideas, and platformsCreate, edit, and distribute Z3 content across outreach distribution channelsQualifications:4+ years of relevant marketing or communications experience3-5 years with a non-profit, educational, cultural, or mission-driven organization a plusExcellent writing, communication, and editing skillsHands-on proficiency with project management, analytics, social media management, and design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe)Knowledge of Jewish life, Israel, and Zionism strongly preferred; Hebrew a plusAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when neededSalary: $72,500-$78,000 annually.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and paid time off403(b) retirementFree membership at the award-winning fitness center and unlimited access to the R&R recovery roomEmployee discount program
