CRM Manager

Location: Malta or Germany (Hybrid)

An established, regulated online betting operator is looking to appoint an experienced CRM Manager to join its growing Retention team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of CRM strategy for the German market, driving player retention, customer lifetime value and engagement across sportsbook and horse betting products. Working closely with Product, Marketing, BI and Data teams, you'll play a key role in delivering data-led campaigns that have a measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimise CRM and retention strategies for sportsbook and horse betting customers.

Create targeted, segmented campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications and In-App messaging.

Drive customer retention, reduce churn and increase lifetime value through data-driven decision making.

Manage and optimise bonus mechanics, loyalty programmes, free bets and promotional campaigns.

Work alongside BI and Data teams to leverage customer segmentation, predictive analytics and churn modelling.

Analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with VIP, Product and Marketing teams to deliver personalised customer journeys.

Ensure all CRM activity complies with German gambling regulations and responsible gaming requirements.

Produce regular reporting and insights on CRM performance and retention KPIs.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' CRM or Retention experience within online gambling.

Experience in Sportsbook, Casino or Horse Racing.

Strong understanding of the German regulated market .

Fluent German (minimum C1) and business-level English.

Proven success in improving retention, reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.

Experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools.

Strong analytical skills, including Excel and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable.
