Residential Program Supervisor - IRA

Opengate, Inc. in Somers, NY, is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager, IRA, to support the Residence Manager in maintaining effective behavior/habilitation programs for adults with developmental disabilities.
The role also provides indirect supervision of Direct Support Professionals and ensures daily documentation is accurate. You will participate in Life Plan meetings, coordinate with maintenance, manage personal allowances, and help coordinate leisure activities to meet residents' needs.
