Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Marketing CoordinatorCoordinate the creation and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional items.Manage social media accounts and assist in creating engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Manage inbound lead tracking and logging lead source information from sales conversionsAssist with outbound prospecting campaigns and messagingSupport the planning and execution of events, including trade shows and conferencesAssist with trade show preparation, lead follow-up, and other business development initiatives.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in marketing and advertising.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Previous experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or related roles is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.This job description does not include every duty or responsibility that the employee may be asked to perform at some point in time.
